I do choose to be happy in 2017. One way that I am going to ensure my happiness is to teach a 5-class series of Nia with the focus of 'Alive!' -- a fusion fitness of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts – to gently awaken and expand the sensation of aliveness throughout your entire body.
Nia combines the principles of Yoga, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jazz Dance, Modern Dance, Free Dance, Feldenkrais Method, and Alexander Technique into a joyful delight for the physical, emotional, mental and spirit bodies.

Nia tones your mind and tunes your body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.
Nia is practiced barefoot, non-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.
