Aligned: A Women's Workshop on Values, Beliefs & Self-Connection

A gentle, grounded space to explore what truly matters to you.

Many of us carry beliefs shaped by the world around us. Over time some beliefs no longer reflect who we are or how we want to live. When our beliefs and values don't match, we can feel out of balance or disconnected from ourselves.

This online workshop is a supportive space to pause, reflect, and realign with your truth. Together, we'll explore your core values, bring awareness to the beliefs that may be influencing your choices, and take a small but meaningful step toward deeper self-connection.

In this 90-minute session, you can expect:

✨Guided reflective visualisation
✨ Gentle journalling prompts
✨Optional sharing within a small, safe group of women
✨ A takeaway affirmation & reflection sheet to continue your journey
