A sound bath is an immersive full body meditative experience where participants are 'bathed' in waves of ambient rich layers of sound and vibration. As the sounds ebb and flow they create a sonic landscape that encourages brain waves to shift from active to restorative and meditative allowing the release of deeply held tension and restoring the balance within the nervous system leaving the participant with a sense of peace clarity and rejuvenation.
