On Tuesday, July 8, 2014, the Center for Education and Career Innovation (CECI) and the Education Workforce Innovation Network (EWIN), a partnership between the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) and Indiana’s Education Roundtable, will host Align, Engage, Advance: Transforming Indiana’s Workforce. This will be an opportunity to hear the Career Council's recommendations for increasing educational attainment and strategies for regional implementation. The day will feature multiple keynotes in the morning with an opportunity to dive deep in the afternoon with topics such as: innovative models of secondary and post-secondary learning, STEM initiatives, sector strategies, collective impact models, and career awareness and counseling. The day will conclude with an opportunity for regional entities, both public and private, to discuss potential next steps.

Free parking is available in lots surrounding the Culinary Center. Additional parking can be located across 28th Street in a parking lot and garage. Attendees should enter the building through the front door of the building under the canopy. Proceed to the second level of the building to check-in for the event.
Lunch and beverages will be provided for event attendees. We suggest you dress in layers as the meeting facility may vary in temperature.

Indiana Education Workforce Innovation Network
The Indiana Education-Workforce Innovation Network (EWIN) is a collaborative project between the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) and the Indiana Education Roundtable. The Network is funded by a grant from the Lilly Endowment Inc., for the purpose of developing regional education-business partnerships of to address the nationally recognized goal of 60 percent of the workforce having college degrees or occupational certificates by 2025.
