A New Moon series incorporating Jewish Spirituality, Seasonal Wellness & Creative Expression

- Candle lighting Ritual
- Learning and Discussion
- Meditation and/or gentle yoga (for all levels)

What if I cannot attend the class after I've purchased my ticket?

Please be aware of our Mindful Return Policy: We know life happens -- but we are unable to accommodate refunds once your registration is complete. If you have purchased multiple sessions, you may change the date of your attendance. To do so, please email thetasmancenter@gmail.com to change the date of the session you'll be attending at least 48 hours in advance of the session. You are also welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else through Eventbrite. This allows us to honor and respect the time and effort of the organizers, participants, and the Center. Any questions, please contact thetasmancenter@gmail.com.

Where can I find directions and parking information?

The will take place at The Center for Mindful Living which is a facility of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW), a vibrant community offering classes and projects throughout the metropolitan Washington region. This event will take place at 4708 Wisconsin Ave NW, Suite 200 (Second Floor), Washington, DC 20016
2nd floor | Easy walk from Tenleytown-AU Metro.

The center is located few blocks north of the Tenleytown-AU metro and there is also ample metered street parking. and there is limited neighborhood Zone 2 (free 2-hour) parking as well. For more information visit: Please click here for Directions & Parking Info

Are yoga mats and props available?

If you prefer to bring your own mat, you are welcome to do so. Otherwise, yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are available for you to use.

What time should I arrive? Will I be able to get in if I am late?

Please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for all classes, workshops, and events. We are a small operation and do not have front door or reception staff. and the studio door will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of class to ensure the safety and security of students and their belongings. If you arrive and the door is locked, you can assume that class has already begun. Students who have registered for classes and arrive later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be refunded.
