Share Algonquin College MakerSpace: Arduino 101

Event Details

Turn on a light! Activate a motor! Create a robot! All using the building blocks of code.

Connect code and electronic components using the Arduino open-source software. Use your imagination to add interactivity to your designs using an inexpensive single-board, array of sensors and a breadboard. Join the MakerSpace team in the AC PitStop and learn how to add Arduino functionality to your next project!

This workshop is geared towards beginners who have some experience coding. Participants will work in groups of 2 and each group will be lent a project kit to get started and experiment with.

Curious and want to know more? Check out these project examples.

Open to Algonquin College students, employees and the wider Ottawa community.
