Hudson's invites you to join us on October 21 for a spectacular five-course Sunday Dinner starring the incomparable Alex Atala, chef of Michelin two-starred and "World's 50 Best" São Paulo restaurant, D.O.M. Since 2015, Atala has been the highest-ranked Brazilian chef in the Michelin Guide, celebrated worldwide for embodying a contemporary expression of authentic Brazilian ingredients and cuisine. Chef Atala will be featuring American white sturgeon caviar from Sterling Caviar in his menu that will be sure to surprise and delight.
The dinners all take place on a cruise ship restaurant, Hudson's, which sails for a 3-hour cruise departing from and returning to Pier 81 located on the West Side of Manhattan. A special beverage pairing menu will be available onboard, along with a full bar and award-winning wine and beer selection.
