ALD Spring 2026

The Mead Endowment, in partnership with UVA’s Contemplative Sciences Center, invites you and your students to take part in intimate faculty–student dinners hosted in CSC’s exclusive Alchemy Lab. Featuring a table for twelve and a fully-equipped catering kitchen, the Alchemy Lab offers an ideal setting for meaningful conversation and connection. Catering is generously provided by the Contemplative Sciences Center and sponsored by the Mead Endowment.

In the spirit of a Jeffersonian-style dinner, we encourage each group to select a central topic to guide the evening’s discussion. You may choose a theme related to your course or explore a curated list of topics at meadendowment.org.
