Alcohol/Drug Information School (ADIS)

Palouse Recovery Center, LLC is offering a Washington State Certified Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS) via Zoom.

Due to the unique nature of Zoom, there are several things that need to happen for you to attend this ADIS.

YOU MUST:

• First, register through Eventbrite by 3:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023. If you have not registered by January 27, 2023 and would like to attend the class, please call us at 509.334.0718.

• Second, call Palouse Recovery Center at 509.334.0718 ASAP to provide your physical mailing address. You may call any time, day or night, and leave this information on voicemail if someone does not answer the phone. If leaving a message on voicemail, please spell your name and address information.

• After your successful completion of ADIS, you MUST return the required paperwork in the self addressed, stamped envelope enclosed in the previously provided ADIS packet.

WE WILL:

• Mail you an ADIS packet through USPS with detailed instructions about ADIS to the physical mailing address provided by the registered participant. Our facilitator, Mark Ziegler, will go over the information in this packet at the beginning of ADIS.

• Send you a Zoom Invite via email to the email address used to register for ADIS through Eventbrite by the evening of February 2, 2023.

• Upon your successful completion of ADIS and Palouse Recovery Center receiving your required paperwork, we will provide ADIS completion information to the entities/people you have requested it be provided to on the paperwork returned to us.
