Rebooting ALCO VOAD!

One week from today, at the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District offices, is our first general membership meeting of 2019. Please come join us!

There will be parking, either nearby or across the street, but this month’s meeting is also conveniently located near West Dublin BART.

Come to network, and meet the newly appointed co-chairs and secretary.

Come to see a summary of the Butte County Fires from two folks who were there: Terri Langdon of Alameda County Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services & Donata Nilsen of Alameda County Department of Public Health.

Come to help set the direction of the upcoming ALCO VOAD (Alameda County Voluntary Organizations Active In Disaster) events, and to update the information for yourself and your agency, using the ALCO VOAD membership sheet.

Come with your questions, suggestions/ideas and concerns, and to help re-launch ALCO VOAD, help us promote preparedness, and reestablish the relationships that will matter the most during the response to and recovery from a major incident.

We hope to see you there! There will be snacks and coffee!

If driving: Try the building's lot first. The entrance to the parking lot is on Golden Gate Drive, and it is pretty big lot. For overflow parking, go to the Toys R Us lot on the other side of Dublin Boulevard.

BART: a short walk down Golden Gate Drive from West Dublin BART.

Third Floor Board room: Take the elevator to the Third Floor, follow the signs) and comeright down the hall.
