No experience is required! This workshop is designed for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practicing for years. We’ll guide you through each element with care, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

What should I bring?

Please bring a journal, a pen, and wear comfortable clothing to move and relax in. You may also want to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Most importantly, bring an open heart and mind!

Once your spot is confirmed, we’ll send you the address and all the necessary details. The event is located in a cozy, intimate space in London.
