> DO IT FOR THE TREES

While forests are burning all around the world, we need to understand that not only do trees provide us with the oxygen we breathe, but they also keep CO2 out of the atmosphere. With that in mind, we’ve decided to plant a whole forest. By joining any of our talks, a big part of your contribution will help us reforest a small slice of the Philippines. So for that, we thank you in advance.

We so look forward to make some new waves in movement with you!

Big Love,

Nicole, Delphine & Anne-Laure 💖

And how do we do that?

The session will begin with community sharing circle and authentic relating exercises that sparks a fun & gentle platform for us to explore & express.

We will use our movement as an inquiry platform to listen, observe, explore our mental & behavioural patterns, as we hold space for other's during the improvisation & interactive process. This is a co-creation space for us to transmute fear & limitations into trust and connection through contact/non-contact interaction with others, inside & outside dance of life.

Session will end with a shamanic sound journey to integrate these new experience deep into your sensory systems.
