In this results-oriented course, Associate Leadership Council (ALC) members work with their leadership teams to construct strategies that will lead to their success as businesspeople and as leaders in their market center. This course was designed to help ALC members achieve their personal and professional goals through the unique leadership opportunity of ALC membership.

Objectives:

  • Delve into your opportunities to achieve through membership on the ALC.
  • Experience actions that can help you grow your passive income, increase your productivity, accurately project your net income, and create a company you would never want to leave.

ALC Clinic for Market Center Leadership


The ALC Clinic for Market Center Leadership equips team leaders with valuable tools, systems and strategies for leading an effective Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Additionally, it provides operating principals and market center administrators with the systems and tools to support a highly functioning ALC. This course will help market center leadership teams achieve their market center's goals with an empowered ALC.

To get the greatest impact from this course, leadership teams should bring the following items to class:

  • Market center training calendar
  • Market center roster (with phone numbers)
  • “Top Down” report – aka the YTD Closed Production report
  • Contact information for any allied resources who can help your ALC members get on a P&L using tools like QuickBooks

Objectives:

  • Learn to construct a powerful ALC.
  • Learn how to prepare your ALC to lead committees.
  • Examine the systems and structures of great ALC meetigs.
  • Develop facilitation skills through an action-driven strategy.
  • Prepare for your leadership role in the ALC Clinic for ALCs.
  • Acquire resources for building a great ALC team.

October 4: Leadership ONLY Dinner 6:30p

October 6: Day 2- ALC Clinic for ALL 9:00a-5:00p

  Registration opens at 8:00am both days

YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Beverly Steiner

Beverly Steiner started selling Real Estate at the age of 18, and got her brokers license at 23 and by the age of 26 she owned and was running her first real estate office. Beverly moved her business focus to a completely new area, in 1992 and by 1996 was a $20+ million dollar producer running a small Mega Team. Beverly launched the second office in Northern Calif. Keller Williams office in 2000 with 10 seasoned associates and now is the president of Keller Williams Realty in Walnut Creek and Keller Williams Realty in Danville, with approximately 600 agents in her market centers. After serving 5 years as the Regional Director of Northern California and Hawaii for Keller Williams and growing the region from 5 offices (two of which were her own) to 33 offices, Beverly became part owner if that region. Beverly is also currently a Master Faculty Instructor for Keller Williams University where she specializes in and enjoys teaching leadership and business building courses, and the coaching and consulting her own associates to greater opportunities and success.
