FAQs

• Are there "early bird" discounts? Yes, the sooner you register the better the discount.
• Is there a deadline to make a purchase? Yes, the deadline is May, 20th, 2023 at 11:59 PM MDT.
• Can I share my booth? No, only one Company / Organization per booth.
• What do I get with my exhibitor booth? See description for each type of booth.
• What if I need additional items? You will have an opportunity to rent additional tables and chairs and purchase additional access passes.
• Is electricity available? Yes, with select premium spaces. There is a $35 charge from Balloon Fiesta for this service. You can bring a generator for on-field electricity.
• Is there overnight security on Friday? Albuquerque Pride has hired overnight security. The driving gates to the field are locked overnight. However, valuables should be locked up or removed overnight. Albuquerque Pride, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Is there "In and Out" Privileges? Yes, each booth will receive 1 vendor parking pass and 2 access passes. Access passes are needed ONLY ON SATURDAY. You have an opportunity to purchase additional access passes that also give you "In and Out" Privileges. The parking pass is only for vendors. Free parking is available on both nights of the event.
• Can I pick my booth location? No, Albuquerque Pride, Inc. will assign booths based on availability, organization type, and booth type.
• Do we need general liability insurance? Yes, you will need to provide a certificate of insurance listing Albuquerque Pride, Inc. as additional insured. You can easily purchase event insurance. Visit abqpride.com for more details.
• What is the refund policy? Please check the Exhibitor Booth Guidelines
• How can I contact someone for help? You may call us at (505) 873-8084. However, since the ABQ Pride Board is a group of all volunteers, the best way to reach us is via email at exhibitor@abqpride. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES:

• Setup: Friday, June 9th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (DRIVING PERMITTED) and Saturday, June 10th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (DRIVING PERMITTED)
• Ticket+Pass Distribution:  Pre-event distribution TBD and Friday, June 9th between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Balloon Fiesta Field.
• Event Gates Open: Friday, June 9th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday, June 10th from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (NO DRIVING DURING THESE TIMES)
• Teardown: Teardown will start on Saturday, June 10th at 9:30 PM (DRIVING PERMITTED)
