An ensemble group put together by Scott Tipping paying tribute to the self titled first album of Crosby, Stills and Nash.
ABOUT THE BAND
“They are three together” - Stephen Stills
Leslie Beukelman, Ellie Kahn and Scott Tipping first sang together during a performance of Rumors by Fleetwood Mac (the second Album Covers show). The circumstances in which they were put together forced them to learn the material and harmony blend very quickly and yet it felt natural. For this Album Covers livestream the three of them take on the self-titled Crosby, Stills, Nash record. “The livestream Album Covers shows are so hard to put together as we need small ensembles. Just like our stripped down Harvest Moon show, I felt like this album and this particular group would work really well together and I’ve been elated with the early results,” Scott Tipping says. “The record has a warmer Spring feel to it and I hope people tune in!”
