Are the venues handicap accessible?
Both Pinehurst and Addenbrooke Park are handicap friendly. For
Simms Landing, entry into the restaurant is easy, but there are a few steps going down to our party area.

What about food options for those on special diets?
On Friday night, there will be hors d'oeuvres,
which will fit in the gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian categories, and dinner on on Saturday night will
also feature those items. At Sunday’s picnic, we are providing the main dish and others will be bringing
sides, of which we won’t be able to guarantee how they were prepared. You can email us with specific
Will you take a reservation after July 1st? No.
What if I just show up? This is not high school. If you show up, it is likely we will be at capacity and not
have room, nor enough food for you. So, please, make a reservation.
What is the cancellation policy? You may you cancel up until 12:00 midnight (Mountain TIme) on
Tuesday, July 25th and incur a $15 non-refundable cancellation fee (or certain percentage based on total
purchase?). Starting Wednesday, July 26th, you will not be able to receive any refund. (HOW DO THEY

Can I take a guest to the Classmate Cocktail Party? We want Friday evening to be just for classmates
so they can focus on catching up with as many people as possible. We look forward to meeting your guest
at the Alameda Tour, the Dinner Dance and the Family Picnic.

What about grandkids at the picnic? Absolutely!
Can I get a receipt if I make a donation to Alameda through the web site? Yes. We can email you a
receipt for the donation amount, less the processing fee.
Can I make a donation at the reunion? Yes. There will be a donation box where you can drop off a
check payable to AlamedaHS1977 or cash. We can also give you a receipt then.
