ABOUT Inter+FACE

Inter+FACE is a partnership between The AjA Project and the San Diego Museum of Man that uses participatory photography and community dialogue to explore how race, representation and identity have been experienced in both past and present San Diego. The Inter+FACE installation showcases the self-portraits and narrative from youth across San Diego in a dynamic and engaging format.

PARKING

When driving to the San Diego Museum of Man, the closest place to park is on Balboa Drive or Sixth Avenue on the west side of the Cabrillo Bridge, just off of Laurel Street. Pay attention to signs: on some stretches, parking is not allowed before 10 a.m. for street-cleaning on different days.

There is also abundant parking in other parts of the park, such as Inspiration Point, behind Spreckels Organ Pavilion, east of the Hall of Champions, and in front of the San Diego Air & Space Museum. Those parking lots are accessible by entering the park via Park Boulevard.
