Description

AIR QUALITY COMPLIANCE, REPORTING AND TESTING TRAINING
October 21, 2020

Up to 7.5 Professional Development Hours Available

Natural gas air quality compliance, reporting and testing requirements have undergone significant changes over the last several years. These changes are a result of the new Air Quality General Permits, state methane reduction strategies and improvements through technical innovation and software updates.

Join oil and gas industry stakeholders to obtain a detailed overview of several areas related to natural gas air quality compliance, reporting and testing and how the industry has improved, while adhering to new Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) requirements. This unique training will offer multiple tracks in the afternoon. One track will provide a refresher course for optical gas imaging (OGI) cameras with a certificate documenting completion. The second track will highlight different emissions estimating software, and this session will conclude with upstream and midstream operators describing current “hot topics” and improvements on methane emission reduction technologies.

Following the inclusive morning programming and lunch, attendees will be required to choose one afternoon breakout session. The OGI Camera Field Training Verification will be capped at 30 participants and held outdoors; please dress for all weather conditions. The OGI Camera Field Training Verification participants will be required to bring their own cameras.
