About this event

Calling all coaches, parents, teachers, and anyone who works with youth!

On Sunday, April 26th (TENTATIVE RESCHEDULE DATE), Aidan’s Heart Foundation, together with Academy Sports Complex and local sponsor Hughes & Hughes Family Dentistry, will provide 45-minute CPR+AED training sessions to teach you all you’ll need to know in how to respond during a cardiac emergency and potentially prevent a tragic loss of a young person to Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

Sudden Cardiac Arrest is the number one cause of death among high school athletes on school campuses, according to the American Heart Association. Tragically, nearly 7,000 young people die from SCA every year. Learning the simple steps of Hands-Only CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can save a life.

Register for hourly sessions starting at 11am. Each training session will last approximately 45 minutes. Our last session will conclude at 3pm.

Please note: This is an introductory level CPR training. It is not a certification course.
