Join APA Hawaii on Thursday, December 8th to hear Jesse K. Souki present on recently enacted planning laws, recent case decisions, and related legal trends. Mr. Souki recently served as the director of Planning for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation. Prior to this he served as the director of the State Office of Planning and the first deputy of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. He started his career in land use policy as an aide to a U.S. Senator on transportation matters in Washington, D.C.
This presentation will be submitted for 1.5 CM credits, and will count towards the required current planning law credits.
The cost is $10 for members, $15 for non-members, and free for students. The conference room accommodates up to 49 people, so please sign up early to guarantee a seat. You may bring in outside food to the presentation. Please note that food will not be served otherwise. Also, validated parking will not be provided.
