Join AIA Milwaukee and ECS Midwest, LLC for our Second February Building Science Series. ECS Midwest, LLC specializes in geotechnical, construction materials, and environmental engineering and testing services, and has earned a reputation for excellent service and value.


Learning objectives:


> Participants will become familiar with the equipment, methods and reports used to test construction materials on site.

> Participants will become familiar with the equipment, methods and reports used to test construction materials in the laboratory for use in establishing field testing criteria.

> Participants will gain insight into guidelines regulating tests relating to concrete, asphalt, soils, masonry, steel, and fireproofing materials.

> Participants will gain knowledge regarding construction deficiencies and corrective actions that can be taken utilizing destructive and non destructive testing methods.
