Event Details

Agri Careers by the Irish Farmers Journal and open eir at the RDS promises to be a one-stop-shop for all the agriculture and agri-food recruitment needs of both employers and employees.

The wider agriculture and agri-food sector doesn’t just need farmers and those with qualifications in ag science, but it also needs accountants, IT experts, engineers as well as people with an in-depth knowledge of agriculture from production  all the way through to processing, sales and marketing. Agri Careers will cater to all those needs, providing an arena for those within, and outside of the sector to explore how agriculture can benefit their careers.

What will be happening at the event?

The careers fair element of the event will host stands from employers across various sectors of agriculture and agri-food promoting vacant roles in their company and stands from third-level institutions promoting their agriculture and agri-food courses. Exhibitors will include meat processors, dairy processors and food companies, animal health, nutrition, genetics and fertiliser companies, machinery and engineering companies, agri-business and service companies, fertiliser, horticulture and forestry, retail and consumer, education and IT & Ag tech.
