Event description
Join the Wake County North Chapter as we get together to have an Agony Autie Video'athon and Discussion Group.

About this Event

Agony Autie is a very active adult Autistic advocate within the Autism community. She creates short 4-5 minute videos where she discusses a certain topic related to Autism in the way that she see's things as an Autistic adult. These are the short video topics I have chosen to play at our meeting with open discussions after each one.

Anxiety – What’s that?

Meltdown’s and Overloads – What’s that?

Stimming – What’s that?

Sensory Processing – What’s that?

Visual Stims – What is that?

Subconscious Trauma and Bad Memories - What is that?

Shutdowns - What is that?

Autistic Women and Girls - What is that?

The whole family is welcome. Children can view the videos with us (although they may struggle understanding her beautiful accent at times). They can also just hang out with our AMAZING Macy Lee while we view them and discuss what we viewed. Please RSVP so that we know how many to expect for this free event. Please feel free to email me with any questions you might have.
