Signups for presenting and exhibiting are now CLOSED, and THANK YOU to all those who have applied! We hit capacity and have 30 impressive presenters and exhibitors for Agility Summit 2021.

Registration to attend is still OPEN.

Attendee highlights:

• Panel with Systems Command (SYSCOM), Program Executive Office (PEO), Navy Fleet Command, Marine Expeditionary Force, Marine Corps Capability Development Directorate (CDD), Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) leadership on how their area of responsibility plays a role in the path from Navy and Marine Corps needs to capabilities.
• Kickstart networking through exhibits/presentations/tours from varying levels within SYSCOMs, PEOs, OPNAVs, and more, as they share how their programs at the local level may be dissimilar, work with non-traditional partners, and drive effectively towards their mission.
• Find interface points with other DoN talent in your ecosystem, how to benefit from their programs, or tips on how to model a similar program at your command.
• Unassigned rooms and open areas set aside for unstructured networking.

Interested in Presenting or Exhibiting?

Present/ Exhibit your program alongside your DoN innovative thinkers.

Agility Summit 2021 is taking submission from DoN or related programs/ groups/ individuals that are interested in presenting/exhibiting how they’re doing great work differently (innovation, agility, empowering their workforce, working with non-traditional partners), and/or how others in the DoN can participate/ interface/ learn from/ model after their program.

What you will be provided as a Presenter:

• ~30 minute slot(s) to present your program in an room/stage at NavalX during Agility Summit 2021.
• Your program will be advertised in the Agility Summit 2021 Program (logo/photo and paragraph)
• Attendance by interested Agility Summit attendees. Attendees will be a range of participants from Warfare Centers, Program Offices, innovative organizations, and active military and federal employees who want to explore ways to get involved in improving how the Department of the Navy functions.
• Venue: Stage/room and tables/chairs. Optional monitor and light assistance setting up. Other supplies can be discussed.

What you will be provided as an Exhibitor:

• Table space to showcase your program

What you will provide:

• Point of Contact for your presentation/exhibit (Name, phone number, email address)
• Program/Presentation Name, logo/photo, and one paragraph description, due by August 5th to make it into the Event Program.
• All content for your presentation/exhibit at the event (ex. Videos/demos/virtual tours/room setup of information/discussion/more)
• Travel to NavalX in Alexandria, VA
