Women's Sports Medicine at TRIA is proud to present this informative and hands on course to educate active females about how to increase performance in your sport or activity and recover faster pre.

Who should attend: Active and athletic women of all ages

Dress: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and tennis shoes.


8:00 am-9:00 am: Registration and check-in

Space limited to 45 attendees, on-site registration will be available.

Included in the cost:

    • 1 Educational Session: Two of our women sports medicine physicians will discuss ACL injuries. They will cover why women are more susceptible and what women should consider if they need surgery.

    • 4 Hands on Sessions: These sessions will be led by certified athletic trainers, physical therapists, and a sports nutritionist. Learn about strengthening and recovery techniques, nutrition for recovery, and exercises to help with performance.

    • Light refreshments

    • Backpack: First 30 registrants
