Agile Working Workshop - Half Day
Thu, May 11, 2017, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM BST
‘Agile Working’ Workshop
Huge advances in office based and remote technologies over the last few years has allowed companies and their employees to build flexibility and agility into their working styles – providing real benefits to both employer and employee. Working in the office, home, coffee shops and trains/planes/automobiles are all potentially part of our new ways of working. But is it right for you?
In this workshop we will explore:
What is ‘Agile Working’?
What does it involve?
What works/what doesn’t?
How do you manage remote and dispersed teams?
How do you keep people safe and comfortable?
How do you make it work for your organisation?
Who we are:
Workwise Ergonomics are a specialist consultancy based in Portsmouth but with clients throughout the UK. This course is run by Jill Farmer (Registered Osteopath & Ergonomist), who specialises in office ergonomics and has consulted in Agile Working for several years now. Her Masters research was conducted at ITV in 2014 and focussed on employee benefits of agile working.
So come on down to the Innovation Space where we will discuss the benefits of agile working, exchange ideas, and show you how it can benefit not only your employees but your business too!
