You will walk away with practical insights into the problems that teams face on a regular basis, on their journey to an agile mindset.
About the Speaker:
Chris Li is the Director of the Agile Institute at Agilex, an organization that provides agile consulting, coaching, training and education for entire organizations. He has significant experience in providing agile thought leadership and consulting services around the implementation and execution of large-scale agile programs. Chris has over 15 years of industry experience, with a background in management, design, development, analysis, operational and administrative roles in all phases of the software development life cycle. He has managed numerous development teams and functioned as the voice between technical personnel and upper management. He also has extensive experience designing, developing and operating classified and non-classified applications for the Department of Defense as well as law enforcement sensitive applications for the Department of Homeland Security.
