About this event
Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
Facilitation is both an art and a science that can be learned the hard way with years and decades of personal trial and error. OR, it can be fast-tracked through our targeted, practical Agile Facilitation course. The two days you spend in our Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) class will dramatically improve your capabilities as an effective live and virtual facilitator. Through hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and games, you will gain the skills and tools you need to make online meetings effective.
What You Will Learn
Strong facilitation skills are mandatory for success with Agile, particularly for team leaders and Agile coaches. Facilitating virtual meetings has its own set of unique challenges. Fortunately, with the right tools and practices, digital facilitation can be as effective as in-person. In this course, you will both observe and practice effective virtual facilitation techniques. You will learn about and try readily available online tools that will increase participation and collaboration. Students complete NextUp’s Agile Team Facilitation course with a workbook of actionable facilitation ideas they can implement in their very next meeting.
