Chuck Bellantoni, TD Bank - TD's Agile Journey

Chuck has been leading technology teams in Southern Maine for companies such as Unum and Anthem before joining TD Bank. In the last twelve years at TD, Chuck has led some of the highest performing technology teams in deploying new systems and piloting new processes. Chuck has recently joined TD's Center for Enablement as an Agile coach and is working to help the bank as it embarks on its Agile Transformation.  Chuck will be speaking about the bank's journey thus far and Agile anti-patterns they are working to avoid.

Ian Maines, Kepware - An Agile Approach to Internships and Recruiting.

Ian is a software engineer who joined PTC's Portland 'Kepware' office after graduating from The University of Maine with a degree in Computer Engineering in 2014. His work has focused on PTC's industrial core connectivity for Oil & Gas, OPC UA, and IoT applications. He has been involved in the Kepware office's summer internship for four summers, coordinating the program for the past three. In the past 10+ years of the Kepware office's summer internship, a lot has changed, but one thing has remained the same: our goal to deliver a first-class introduction to real-world software development to our interns. This presentation will explore some of the iterations on our journey, and how our internship has helped use recruit some of our best talent.
