As clinicians, many of you care for older patients with long-term serious illnesses.Helping your patients get the best treatment without sacrificing quality of life can be challenging. That's where palliative care can help. This one-day conference will feature Diane E. Meier, MD, FACP, director of the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC). She is also the professor of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York.
