Description

The 2019 AGAUS Winter Conference will be held at the National Guard Memorial Building at 1 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001 from February 23-24, 2019.

Conference attendance is open to members, sponsors, and invited guests only. The maximum room capacity for the Montgomery Room is 101 personnel.

Registration is $100 per member attendee and $100 for a member-guest (TAG $100/Spouse $100 ... $200). Sponsors of event activities may also register to attend for $100 and have up to two (2) representatives, with sponsorships handled separately by AGAUS/NGAUS staff. Other industry representatives and guests may register to attend for $200 on a first-come-first-served basis until room capacity is met. Sponsor attendees may have additional organizational personnel show up during their sponsored activity, but they will be unable to enter the Montgomery Room afterward due to capacity. AGAUS member attendees who are unable to register online can make a check out to AGAUS and present it during registration at the National Guard Memorial Building during the Conference. However, contact Mark Turner at mark.turner@la.gov to make sure your registration is input for credentialing.

Sponsor payments should be coordinated with Ms. Patricia O'Connell at NGAUS at 202-408-5898 or patricia.oconnell@ngaus.org. Sponsors or prospective sponsors may contact Mr. Luke Guthrie at luke.guthrie@ngaus.org or Mark Caruso at NGAUS at 202-408-5888 or mark.caruso@ngaus.org for scheduling and conference registration. Provide the names of two (2) attendees, email, and phone number if the sponsor registration is made manually. No exhibition is planned for this conference, but sponsors will have the ability to display banners during sponsored events and will be provided five (5) minutes prior to the sponsored event for introduction(s) and presentation(s). The AGAUS hotel is the Residence Inn Arlington Pentagon City, 550 Army Navy Dr, Arlington, VA 22202. Hotel Registration information is below. The AGAUS room block is for MEMBERS and STAFF ONLY. Industry partners are asked to make separate hotel arrangements but may stay in the same hotel. For reservations, members may call 1-800-331-3131 or 703-413-6630 and reference “AGAUS Room Block” at the Residence Inn Arlington/Pentagon City to make your reservations at the AGAUS group rate for February 22-24, 2019 (2 Nights). You may adjust your stay with the hotel for access to other room blocks or added days to meet mission requirements.

Just a reminder, the cutoff date for the room block is January 25th, 2019. You must make your reservation prior to this date. At that time, any remaining rooms in the block will be released for general sale and additional reservations will no longer be available at the discounted group rate.
