Registration is $100 per attendee and $100 for a guest (TAG $100/Spouse $100 ... $200). Industry partners may also register to attend for $100, with sponsorships handled separately by AGAUS/NGAUS staff. Member attendees who do not register online can make a check out to AGAUS and present it during registration at the National Guard Memorial Building during the Conference. Event sponsors may attend with two (2) employees and either coordinate reimbursement of registration fees, withhold registration fees from sponsor payment to attend at no cost or coordinate for manual conference registration at no cost. Sponsor payments should be coordinated with Ms. Patricia O'Connell at NGAUS at 202-408-5898 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Sponsors or prospective sponsors may contact Mr. Mark Caruso at NGAUS at 202-408-5888 or email@example.com for scheduling and conference registration. Provide the names of two (2) attendees, email, and phone number if the sponsor registration is made manually. No exhibition is planned for this conference, but sponsors will have the ability to display banners during sponsored events and will be provided five (5) minutes prior to the sponsored event for introduction(s) and presentation(s). The AGAUS hotel is the Residence Inn Arlington Pentagon City, 550 Army Navy Dr, Arlington, VA 22202. Hotel Registration information is below. Registration is due NLT January 13, 2017. The group rate is $135.00 per night with an added 13.25% state and local estimated tax.
The AGAUS room block is for MEMBERS and STAFF ONLY. Industry partners are asked to make separate hotel arrangements, but may stay in the same hotel.
