Ready for a winter getaway from The Windy City? Meet us at the loading zone at 600 N. Clark Street in Chicago and jump on the bus! We're heading to Sunburst Ski Area for an afternoon of skiing/snowboarding and night snow tubing under the lights with a rockin' after-party on the mountain. Sporting your ski gear, we'll climb aboard a chartered bus and drive 2.5 hours to Kewaskum, WI. When we arrive, you'll get your rental equipment and hit the slopes. If you would like to take a beginner lesson for the group rate of $10 please reserve your lesson one week before your event date at (262) 626-8404. Once you've had your recreational fill, meet us in the evening where our group will have access to 16 tubing lanes during an adrenaline-soaked night with music, drinks, dancing, campfires and s'mores!

What do I need to bring?
• Eat a hearty breakfast before attending, plenty of water. We encourage you to bring snacks for the day.
• Your photo ID (21+) - You must be 21 to attend.
• Your voucher/ticket, printed or electronic, as proof of purchase
• You can leave everything you bring with you on the bus as it will be locked or protected by our chauffuer at all times. You will not be able to get on and off the bus throughout the day at Sunburst but smaller items can be kept in a locker onsite for a fee (quarters only)
• Layers are recommended and any clothing, hats, or goggles you will need for the slopes.
• There are lockers available on site at Sunset, for a fee, if you would like to store personal belongings.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 21+ to attend and valid photo ID is required as proof of age
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Pick up location at 600 N. Clark is walking distance from a variety of CTA bus and train lines. Public parking located at Ohio and Franklin, Franklin and Erie, and Erie and Wells.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted on the bus, no alcoholic beverages allowed to be consumed on the bus until the trip home. No glass and no coolers in the cabin but allowed to be stored under the bus. No pets. No one under the age of 21 years old will be permitted under any circumstances.
Are bathrooms available during the tour?
There are bathrooms on the bus and restrooms will be available at Sunburst Winter Sports Park. It is recommended to use the bus bathroom only as an emergency.
What do I do with personal belongings while at each winery?
We recommend carrying all valuables with you during the day. The bus will be locked or secured by a chauffeur at all times during the day should you choose to leave anything on the bus. All personal items are your responsibility.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your ticket IS transferable to another individual 21+. To do this, please email your ticket to the person replacing you and have them check in under your reservation. No name change on the ticket/reservation is required.
Your ticket is NOT transferable to another date/time after 24 hours from purchase. No exceptions.
Is my purchase refundable?
We honor refund requests that are made within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be given, under any circumstances, after the initial 24 hour purchase period. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss an event.
If an event is cancelled, purchasers will be notified prior to canceled or rescheduled tour. Canceled tours will be fully refunded. If you can't make the new date of a rescheduled tour, you are entitled to a refund upon request.
What's the cancellation policy?
If your tour is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions or any other reason, you will be notified, with the email used to purchase your ticket, no later than 5pm CST the day before your scheduled tour.
