Event description

For 22 years, the Plantation Wildlife Arts Festival has brought hundreds of talented artists together at the opening of Bobwhite quail season to support programming at Thomasville Center for the Arts. Afternoon in the Field, presented in partnership with Thomas County Federal, kicks off the week of wildlife events & fine art show with a bang!

This year’s wildlife shows and exhibitions will sprawl across Pebble Hill Plantation's beautiful grounds on Sunday November 12, from 2-8 PM, giving kids (and adults!) more room to play!

What not to miss: Watch live wildlife shows and experience wildlife encounters, be awed by New Autumn Run Retrievers demo, enjoy a guided wagon tour with Tall Timbers, view the Red Hills Rover Rally and grab a bite to eat at the Red Hills Market while listening to the afternoon band, Two Foot Level from 2:00-5:00 pm. The afternoon showcases many elements of South Georgia and North Florida’s cultural heritage, capped off by the evening concert. This year's headliner, North Mississippi Allstars, will play on Pebble Hill Plantation's Carriage Circle at 6:00 pm with an opening act Katie Skene at 5:00 pm.
