The holidays can be a tough time of year for many families and children. In order to do our part to help, we are offering a truly special after school improv class with Jess Halpin where 100% of the class registration fees will go to benefit Christmas is For Kids in order to help local children in need. Improv guru Jess Halpin will teach techniques, styles and tips on how to be a master of improvisation! Get ready for some fun all while doing your part to give back! This class is for ages 8-13.

Jess Halpin has been working with children for over a decade and improvising for the past four years. She is currently the Assistant Education Director of the Providence Improv Guild, where she both teaches and performs. Jess teaches improv for the Pawtucket after school program, where she visits four schools a week and brings the fun of improv to children in kindergarten through sixth grade. She has produced children’s events including Ring In The Night Providence, and is a volunteer actor in the Manton Ave. Project, a program that pairs adult actors with child playwrights. Jess grew up in Plainville and currently resides in Providence.
