leading effective change
about this session
“Culture eats strategy for breakfast,” and yet, global research shows organizations with excellent change management are 5 times more likely to succeed on their change efforts. They maximize results and minimize risks as they:
- adopt changes faster,
- realize more benefits, and
- bring folks along meaningfully.
Using Prosci’s ADKAR model, we’ll cover a high-level summary of:
- best practices in supporting the people side of change at every phase,
- tips on how to be a great change Sponsor, and
- how to strategically leverage communications, training, and resistance management tools (and we don’t mean Carrots and Sticks!).
In addition to interactive discussions, we’ll provide takeaway materials and pointers to online resources.
