AfroAnimation 2023 is a 2-day Summit happening in Burbank, California. AfroAnimation started virtually in 2021 and has grown to nearly 5,000 attendees as of 2022. Dedicated to empowering diverse animators and creators from around the globe and enabling animation companies to find diverse talent. Our goal is to create inclusive opportunities and employment for diverse creators and increase gender representation in the animation industry. We do this by hosting the largest annual summit that brings together a global diverse creator’s community with the world’s most accomplished industry animation professionals to share knowledge, give insights, foster discussions, network, create new partnerships, hire talent, award our pioneers, screen indie releases and much more.
