African dance classes now in JC! If you ever where interested and want to learn the style of African dance, here is your chance! Taught in a format of fitness however keeping true to the West African base, a totally fun mash up of other styles of dance from the African Diaspora. A novice base, all entry level class for you to:

•learn something new

•get your dance on

•stay or get fit

•break a sweat, full body workout

Motherland fun, a total blast!

Don't forget, the last classes of the month is Family Fun Day! Bring the kiddies ages 2.5-12 to join in on the fun for $5.

The $5 rate is for children whose parents participate in class, for children only non adult participation is $8
