Busayo NYC designs vibrant, amazingly bright prints in a tradition called Adire. Her clothing line celebrates the diversity of African prints by re-imagining these innovative and vibrant textiles in contemporary shapes. She creates her own prints so these are not designs you will see elsewhere.
African Prints in Fashion (APiF) creates cultural, savvy, cool fashion items with an African Twist. APiF's signifier item is the African City Bag - a large canvas bag sporting african cities. She expanded her line with standout designs like handmade jewelry from Mali, temporary golden tattoos, tableware, circle skirts and offshoulder tops. APIF is a trendsetter and designs what she likes to wear herself!
