About Sen. Jennifer Fielder: Elected to the Montana Senate in 2012, Senator Fielder was assigned to Senate Natural Resources, Senate Fish, Wildlife, and Parks, and Senate Judiciary Committees. In 2013 she successfully sponsored legislation requiring a state study to identify and correct problems with federally controlled public lands in Montana. Fielder headed up the study during the 2013-14 interim while serving on the State’s Environmental Quality Council.
