About this event

The AFL Killer Kettlebell Class will focus on improving cardiovascular & Muscular endurance with an emphasis on upper body and core strengthening exercises under a HIIT (High intensity interval training) Format.

-40 min in duration

-2 x a week (Wednesday @3pm and Saturday @10am)

-4 weeks with possible extension of another 4 weeks.

-Pre-class and Post Class Surveys will be designed for objective measures

-For all abilities, standing or seated.
