Description

A training conference designed to build skills, knowledge and community among the activists who power the movement for affordable medicines at the state, federal, and international levels.

You will be joined by more than one hundred activists, organizers and advocates representing patients, clinicians and concerned citizens in the fight against Big Pharma’s profiteering.

At
the conference, you will learn new skills for organizing to fight Big Pharma’s power at home, including:

  • How to use public narratives to influence change.
  • What to do to get media attention.
  • How to plan effective campaign strategy.

You will hear from a variety of speakers on topics such as:

  • The intersection of universal health care and access to medicines.
  • How to build power and gain momentum for action on affordable medicines.
  • Perspectives on the movement and opposition.
