COVID-19 - We will follow the government guidelines at the time with regard to advice on COVID-19 and regulations. If you are unable to attend as you have symptoms or are refused entry when trying to get into the country we can transfer your in-person ticket to a digital one and refund you the difference after the event. If for any reason the event is cancelled due to covid government restriction (i.e full lockdown) this event will become an online event and we will refund you the difference after the event has taken place. All ticket money is held by Eventbrite ticketing system and is only released to us 5 days after the event takes place.

*We have a dedicated media company streaming the event. Although every effort will be made to live stream to digital ticket holders we cannot be held resposnible for connection failures, should this happen digital ticket holders will have access to the full recordings after the event as well as to the live stream on the day.

Please note this event will have video and photography through out the day some live streamed to our Facebook page and used for promotional reasons after the event. Buying a ticket you consent for us to the possibility you may be included in such video and photography.
