Brandon Donnelly is a real estate developer and the founder of the Globizen Group, an international city-building company focused on design, placemaking, sustainability, and culture. He also writes a daily blog about city building, which the Guardian UK recognized as one of the best city blogs in the world. With over 18 years of experience in real estate, Brandon has led various projects across Toronto, including the Junction House and the Studio Gang-designed One Delisle tower in midtown Toronto. Beyond the office, Brandon enjoys house and techno music, photography, snowboarding, and road biking. Through his creative, design-forward, and detail-oriented approach to development, Brandon is an innovative figure in the discipline of city design and innovation.
