This seminar is hosted by the Founder of Serv Inc., Reese Roberts and Serv Inc.'s expert team members. You will be learning from Reese's 15+ years of experience in the financial industry as she served as a Corporate Trainer and Quality Assurance Coach for the Internal Revenue Service, a Payroll Consultant for Automatic Data Processing, and now serves as a Securities Arbitrator for FINRA. Reese continues to invest in financial literacy and the professional administration of trust, estate, property, and equity law in order to create a more efficient population of Informed Consumers.

We will begin the seminar by opening the floor for attendees to share a bit of their experiences with family court and child support. We want to make notes of the issues we hear from your testimony so we can address the important details in the seminar. Each person will have about 3-5 minutes to share only general details about how they have been impacted and how they have attempted to help themselves with or without legal representation.

We will take questions throughout the seminar to ensure attendees have retained a full understanding of the principles of law that are necessary to over come the family court and its orders for child support. We know that men are largely impacted by family court support orders but women also face challenges when it comes to their children being considered a ward of the state. There are foundational principles of law that are applicable to this application of the court that can be effectively managed by making superior claims that supersede the courts authority and jurisdiction. We will be teaching these principles.

We realize that there are good people, with good intentions, and good morals that are truly making their best attempts to survive while taking care of their children. We review each case objectively to make sure we are operating in the best interest of the child by helping to release parents from the grip of family court in order to make a difference in the life of the child. We mediate agreements between parents and caregivers and make legally binding arrangements that are private, outside the jurisdiction of the court. With our information and guidance, it is possible to finally take back control of your life.
