Come for a 1-on-1 Brainstorming, Business Planning & Strategy Advisement with ShaynaLee Consulting


Sign-up with Shayna for a one-on-one session so she can help you assess what type of advisement you need based on what phase of the business process you are in. See below descriptions to make that determination.


Ideation Phase: I have a business idea, but I do not know how to create a business model out of what is now just a concept. I am open to exploring the possibilities in how I should move forward with this idea.

Advisement Approach:

à Assessment: I will explore the viability and direction of the idea (there are no right or wrong answers-the assessment questions will help you determine how, and if, you should move forward with pursuing your idea). I will help you understand the value of market research analysis in making this determination and I will guide you toward those resources if needed.

à Discovery: Together we will identify opportunities for shaping your idea into a business concept or mapping out a pivot strategy if the idea needs to be shifted for it to become a viable business model.

à Action Planning: You will be provided with clear and meaningful action steps (including referrals to additional sources of support based on your greatest needs), that will help you move the needle toward the next phase of your business development.

Business Planning Phase: I have established the viability of my idea and can articulate the strategic vision for my business. I think I am ready to go to market based on the research and planning I have done thus far, but I need to ensure that I have a solid business plan in place to launch and grow my business successfully. I am open to exploring ways that I might need to think differently in order to operationalize my business model.

à Assessment: I will inquire about the market analysis you have conducted, your marketing ideas, your revenue forecasting insight and your operationalizing plan, etc.

à Discovery: Together we will identify if you are on the right track and/or what facets of the business plan need to be further developed for you to set yourself up for success.

à Action Planning: You will be provided with clear and meaningful action steps (including referrals to additional sources of support based on your greatest needs) that will help you move the needle toward launching your business.

Operational Phase: My business plan is completed (or sketched out), I have launched a fully-operational business and generated some revenue (even if only a limited amount) but I want to ensure my business model can stay afloat and that I have the right business structures in place to grow my customer base and revenue stream.

à Assessment: I will inquire about the operational processes you have in place and determine what, if any blind spots will prevent you from achieving your business goals.

à Discovery: Together we will identify what business priorities you need to address based on the strategic vision you have in mind for the sustainability and growth of your business.

à Action Planning: You will be provided with clear and meaningful action steps (including referrals to additional sources of support based on your greatest needs) that will help you move the needle toward improving and/growing your operational business.
