The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The registered name must match your valid ID.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Just show us your confirmation email on your phone.

The tickets are sold out. Can I still attend the event?

Due to the limited amount of patrons we can accomodate only a certain amount of RSVP tickets will be released. If you were unable to RSVP please ARRIVE EARLY for admission at the gate.

IF THIS EVENT HAS TO BE RESCHEDULED, THE ORIGINAL TICKETS WILL BE HONORED FOR THE NEW DATE AND TIME.

WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS FOR UNUSED TICKETS DUE TO INABILITY TO ATTEND SUN N SOCA AS A RESULT OF ANY ACTS OF GOD SUCH AS EARTHQUAKE, HURRICANE, FLOODING OR ANY OTHER NATURAL DISASTER.
