Event description

Description

Residential design firms have been slow to adopt Revit, the leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and it’s not hard to see why; here’s a high-cost of entry and all marketing efforts focus on large-scale commercial and institutional projects so it can be difficult for small firm owners to see that it’s worth the risk to upgrade.

In actuality there are great benefits to be had for firms focusing on small-scale, small-budget projects like new single-family houses, additions and renovations. Andy Hinterman of LDa Architecture & Interiors and the BSA Revit Users Group will lead a discussion about how Revit can be used in residential design based on experiences he has had working in Revit over the last several years and he will be ready to answer your questions along the way. This will qualify for 1.5 LUs.

We will have pastries from Flour Bakery.
