This training will be an oppportunity for peers who have experience leading groups and would like to continue to build skills. It will be a practiced-based day in which we will cover topics including but not limited to managing difficult group members through skilled intervention; keeping momentum going in groups and adding creative activities: reflective listening and counseling skills and more.
Who: Any peers in the community who are currently or will be leading groups are welcome to attend as long as there is space. Maximum 16 participants. Priority will be given to peer staff working at BPHC funded agencies.
