Our training goes beyond a conference or an orientation class. It's actual hands-on training aimed at making social media personnel proficient and effective at getting the agency's message out.

Haters and trolls are the nemeses of the PIO or social media manager. They wreak havoc with or without an agenda and can be the very reason why some agencies don't use social media. But that's okay because they actually do more benefit for you and your agency than themselves.

What about customer service? Does your agency provide good customer service on social media? If you were on the other side, would you be happy with the response you were given?

Since we're on the topic of dealing with unsavory individuals, what steps have you taken to lock down your Facebook presence? With the proliferation of the use of social media by law enforcement, fire, and government personnel, there is a potential for being searched and stalked by followers, fans, haters, and trolls.

This training will provide you with the skills and armament to win the battle and be known as both an agency and a PIO who takes the high-road and is untouchable.
